How Houmse prices cleaning

How the flat rate is calculated

Standard cleaning starts from a base price by bedroom count. Deep cleaning adds $99 to that tier. Move-in/move-out cleaning adds $159. The total you see at checkout is the visit price before HST — not an estimate that changes on the day.

What changes your quote

• Service type — standard, deep, or move-in/move-out (modifiers above).
• Bedrooms and bathrooms — maps to the tier that best matches your home size.
• Optional add-ons — fridge, oven, interior windows, laundry, garage; each priced separately at checkout.
• Recurring frequency — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans reduce the per-visit price (see below).

What we never charge extra for

• Travel within our GTA service area — your address does not change the base rate.
• Time on site — flat rate means the price does not increase if the clean runs long.
• Standard scope tasks on every visit (floors, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dusting).
• Re-cleaning under the Houmse 24-Hour Re-Clean Guarantee — If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will re-clean it at no charge.

Recurring discounts

Recurring plans apply an automatic discount at checkout — no code required:

• Weekly — 20% off each visit
• Bi-weekly — 15% off each visit
• Monthly — 10% off each visit

No fixed-term contract. An already-booked visit follows our cancellation-notice policy.
